Annual Maintenance Plan for High-End Appliances
Base Membership (starts at $269/year)
Includes one annual maintenance visit for your main kitchen refrigerator:
- Performance & temperature consistency check
- Condenser/ventilation cleaning
- General inspection (leaks, airflow, basic function)
Additional refrigeration units (priced per unit)
Add any additional refrigeration on the property — we price these per extra unit, such as:
- Wine coolers
- Ice machines
- Beverage refrigerators
- Freezers
- Undercounter refrigeration
- Kegerators
Optional add-ons (only if needed / approved)
Custom add-ons are available during the visit, quoted before work begins:
- Water filter replacement / ice system checks
- Ice machine deep cleaning & sanitizing
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Additional appliance maintenance (dishwasher, oven/range, washer/dryer, disposal, etc.)
What’s not included
Membership pricing covers maintenance services only. Parts, repairs, and replacements are not included unless approved and billed separately. If we find an issue, we’ll explain it clearly and provide options first.
